Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all Services purchased through https://proads.digital/,
operated by SMS Aurora Groups, a partnership firm registered in India (“ProAds Digital”, “we”, “us”,
“our”).
1. Subscriptions and Plan Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing
info@proads.digital. Cancellation stops future billing from the next cycle. It does not entitle you to a
refund of amounts already paid for the current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
→ A paid Service or plan that has not been activated or used.
→ A duplicate payment for the same Service.
→ A payment that was debited but the transaction failed.
→ A billing error on our part.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not refundable:
→ Message credits, wallet recharges, and per-message charges that have already been consumed
or delivered.
→ Charges passed through from third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), Google (RCS), and
telecom operators, once messages are sent.
→ Setup, onboarding, customisation, and one-time fees, once work has commenced.
→ Services that have been used or partially consumed.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@proads.digital within 7 days of the transaction with:
→ Your registered name and account details.
→ The transaction ID and date.
→ The reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing Timeline
→ Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
→ Refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
→ The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
→ For failed or duplicate transactions, the payment gateway normally auto-reverses the amount
within 5 to 7 business days. If it does not, contact us for assistance.
